How to download: Click on the download button to be taken to SendSpace. Onced there, click on where it says "Start Your Download From SendSpace". Your questionaire will then be downloaded. The questionaires are in the format of an Excel spreadsheed. Edit the spreadsheet by putting in your answers where indicated and save the document again with your additions. Then, send us an email with the edited spreadsheet as an attachment! Easy! Even SteamTeam and Calico could do it!
